90s ABSTRACT FLORAL HIGH WAIST WATER COLOUR SKIRT

• Description: Abstract extraordinaire Pablo Picasso was in his studio one day when he nodded off and his brush trailed from his canvas and onto a black cloth. When he awoke, he discovered that even his sleep, he could produce the most beautiful abstract flowers. He sold this cloth to a local tailor who made it into this fab skirt.
